Update on Birds

Monday morning I went and checked on my lovely, sweet little birds.

Two of them were gone.  I knew that by the end of the day the other two would be gone.

I'm amazed at God's design and am really quite thankful that I have Emma for more then a week before she leaves the nest.  :)  

These are the last photos I took of them on Sunday.  They were so sweet!  I loved every second I got to watch them.  

Update on Frankie, Ruby, Max and Freeda

Our four baby birds are just doing lovely.  I go out and check on them about four times a day.  I take Emma with and we just sit and watch them for a few minutes.    They get so big so quickly it's just amazing!  I'm so glad that they have been safe!  

 

Four New Babies

Yesterday I stumbled upon a little tiny nest in our front yard with four little eggs.
This morning I woke up and went to check on them and found the sweetest four little babies.
Oh my, they are are just the cutest!
I haven't been this smitten since we found a hummingbird nest back at our place in Michigan. I used to get Jame's ladder out of the garage and climb up to see them.
Now I'm just praying that the wild cats, roaming dogs and other critters don't find these sweet babies in the ground.
I will keep checking on Max, Ruby, Frankie and Freeda throughout the week.
Yes, I named them. It's just this weird thing I do.
