I finally finished the party hats!
I made 14 total and they were so fun to make.
Once again, Emma was happy to model a few of them. :)
I think they will go perfectly with the rainbow bunting I made a couple weeks ago.

Flower Garland
I am in love with this flower garland. I think it is my favorite so far of all the garland I've made. So quick, simple and cute, cute, cute!
